How much skill do I need?
We know you might not have tried a certain craft or process before – but you shouldn't be worried at all. All projects are planned with every skill in mind. So we make sure our step by step written instructions with photos and video tutorials are clear enough to guide you through. If you’re more of a free-styler, then as well as the instructions, we include tips for doing your own thing too.
Our kits are designed for adults to make as they can involve sharp tools, and can only be sold to people over the age of 18.
Use your judgement for each kit if you plan to craft with your kids – you know your little ones!
How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe easily here. Orders for each limited edition kit close on the 15th day of the month.
What happens when I subscribe?
When you buy a subscription, your card will be debited that day, and then on the same date every month.
You’re not tied into a contract and are free to cancel, skip/pause your subscription at any time. You can do this by logging into your account (see top right icon or bottom left button)
Can I send a box or subscription as a gift?
Totally! You can buy a Gift at any time and we’ll automatically send it to your favourite crafter.
Can I order more than one subscription?
Of course! The more crafters the merrier. 🙂
When can I expect my first box?
We make your craft kits to order. When you join as a subscriber in any calendar month, your first box will be posted around the 28th of the that month and is expected to arrive with you 3 working days later.
E.g., if you order between the 1st - 15th in the month of January , your first box will be posted around the 28th January, and around the 28th of each month after that.
If you’ve any questions at all about where your kit is / the timings, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. You’ll always receive the kits you’ve paid for.
Will I need to be home to receive my box?
The size of the materials in your box mean they won’t fit through your letterbox, so we recommend having it delivered to somewhere there will be someone in to receive it, like your work address.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the UK (postage included in £24.99), to the EU for an additional £10 per box. International deliveries are sent International Standard, expected to arrive up to 7 working days after shipping.
We don’t currently ship to the US and Canada.

Do I need to reorder?
If you’ve subscribed for any of our subscription plans, you don’t need to reorder.
If you’ve bought a gift subscription, it will only be for the length you’ve bought (e.g 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and you won’t be charged again.
Can I skip a kit?
We know sometimes life gets busy! If you’re a subscriber and would like to skip a kit, you’re welcome to skip up to 3 times in any 12 months. Your can do this by logging into your account and then click manage or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your recurring payment date to skip the following month.
Can I swap a kit?
We realise that some months there may be crafts that our subscribers have already tried or aren’t interested in. If this is the case, we offer the option to swap to one of our past crafts instead (subject to availability). Just email us at email@example.com before your recurring payment date to skip the following month.
How do I update my address / bank details or cancel my subscription?
If you’d like to change your card or cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging into your account via the icon at the top right of the page or the button at the boottom left of the page.
To change only your delivery address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll update our system and reply to let you know this has happened. Please let us know by the last day of a calendar month to make sure we send it to the correct address the following month.
